Default tylenol pm w/ met

is it ok to take tylenol pm w/ metformin? i just started met yesterday. i usually take tylenol pm to sleep well. i've heard others say that met keeps them up all night. but, just saw below met making you sleep all night through. wondering if anyone knows if met is ok w/ tylenol pm & what your experiences were w/ sleeping w/ met?

my doc said to start at 250mg/day for a few days (building up to 1500mg) - but took 500mg instead since everyone else seems to start at that dose.

Met made me very tired, at least at first. I sleep very well now, compared to this time last year, but I'm also on Met, Zoloft, and Elavil, so I don't know if it's the met, or the combination of the 3.
