Pixie,
I don't know of one in Tyler. However, I know of a good OBGYN in Athens...which isn't too far away (you can go across on Hwy 31, and it's only about 25-30 minutes). He's been my sister's OBGYN for years. He delivered both of my nieces. He also did the surgery and helped my sister through an emergency hysterectomy (after a ruptured ovary) at age 22. I'm not sure if he's very up-to-date on PCOS. My sister had ovarian cysts, but was never actually diagnosed with PCOS (didn't really have any of the other symptoms). It might be worth checking him out. If he isn't up on PCOS, he may be able to recommend someone close by who is.
