Ok, I have hair all over me, isn't that enough?

Now I have cystic acne! OK a few zits now and again, I can live with that. But now I'm getting them all the time in several places on my face even in my hair (on my head) and they HURT! And what's worse when they "go away" they leave my skin discolored where they were. I feel like someone marked my face with a bingo marker

Can anyone suggest anything OTC that works?

Also, I'm losing my hair (of course on my head--everywhere else it just keeps growing................and growing..................and growing.................................) Any suggestions on how to get it back?

I've had PCOS for years, but until September I never had these two problems. I went off my "diet" then and haven't been back on it since......well, I'm on it, but not strict enough. Does that have something to do with this?

Pleeeease help!!
