I've stayed the same. Had a bereavement this week and my first reaction used to be to head for the biscuits/chocky, so glad I haven't. I think I'll stall for a month now, however hard I try as that seems my pattern - have period, lose for a week, then stay put til next period (6 weeks away!)

Not too worried so long as it comes off at some point this year... Got a glass of lovely sloe wine tonight so enjoying that.

Hope we're all doing well and happy with where we are.

Eva, I know what you mean about kids' holidays - the eating's OK for me but I can't seem to so much as get out the door to walk the dog (which I normally do when they're at school), so I never seen to lose when they're on holiday.

Made my dad a big chocky cake (his 80th birthday this weekend!) and made the boys gingerbread elephants (couldn't find a man cookie cutter!) and raspberry muffins - I always seem to spend half the time baking when the kids are off school. Only stuff I eat are scones, now but oddly it doesn't bother me as I never fancy eating stuff I've made meself! (wonder why?)

I wholeheartedly threw myself into this challenge at the beginning and also found a bizarre passion for running because of it which is great but is it's gone out the window temporarily. I haven't eaten much at all due to bad IBS mixed up with bad bit of Endo, the last 2 weeks have been agony. Majority of it I have not been able to stand up straight because of the pain. I had to miss work and usually a size 12/14 trousers, my old size 16's wouldn't even do up because my stomach has just felt totally mullered, painful and bloated.

Not even sure if I logged in for last weeks weigh in, but I haven't weighed myself, I would imagine I am pretty much the same as I've not eaten much, only fruit and tuna/chicken salads although my belly is HUGE.

Hope everyone else is well and kep going with the challenge.

Well done, i have added you onto the chart. How much do you want to lose in 6 weeks (including this week)?

I have been on my GI diet and finding it difficult finding what to eat, so a friend told me about www.edietsuk.co.uk and i have joined, was £29.99 for 10 weeks of meal plans, recipes and tracking, so i have done that and am well pleased
