Hi, I'm 32, was diagnosed when I was 18 and for some reason never thought to look online until now..good to find this place Haven't really given any consideration to PCOS for ages but have just had mirena fitted and have the same pains I used to get when I got diagnosed so that has led me here.

I'm a photographer, live with my amazing boyfriend and our crazy dog. Currently hoping that mirena works out for me as cerazette was not good!

Hi,

I'm AmyDolman. i currently live in walsall Nr Birmingham. Ive been a member of this site since i was diagnosed about 18 months ago, but ive not been very active tbh. I was referred to my local consultant who quite frankly was useless, so now i am only seeing my GP about everything. My GP i must say is quite frankly amazing.

Im currently prescribed Mefenamic acid, however i can't take it as ive been having problems with severe headaches linked to my periods and the meds i have for that clash with my mefenamic. Currently going through blood test etc to get to the bottom of it. I am rather worried and scared about all this at the moment.

I live with my finance Ben and we plan to have children in a couple of years once he finishes uni...hopefully.

Feel free to pm email me. Add me on facebook if you like also. Just pop a message on the request letting me know your a sc otherwise i might decline your request.

Trying to keep smiling.

My Love goes out to all you beautiful ladies
