Ulcer

I recently found out that I might have an ulcer or ulcers.

I been having a really hard time finding things to eat that won't upset my stomach so I was wondering what I could possibly eat that won't cause me to be in severe pain later. Usually when I have stomach problems I eat something like toast but I can't eat gluten anymore so I'm going insane trying to think of things.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I was just diagnosed a couple weeks ago. My Dr gave me a sample of some pills, and a prescription for them if I felt better. My stomach is SOOOOO much better. I was so nauseated that I never felt like eating anything, and when I did, I just got a sore tummy. They are called Pantoloc and are an acid-reducer.
