Default Ultrasound results

What do you think of this???

Uterus: Normal sized anteverted uterus with no focal myometrial abnormality.
Endometrium: Quite thin for the menstrual phase.
Ovaries/Adnexae: Both ovaries are normal in size. There is no evidence of polycystic ovaries and there is little evidence of follicular activity.

No particular gynaecoclogical abnormality detected. No evidence of significant endometrial reaction or of any abnormal mass or collection within the adnexa on either side.

I had a period 6 WEEKS AGO shouldn't there be SOMETHING growing in my ovaries??? My last period was really light but the one before that was heavy and with lots of clots.

The other thing is they couldn't see my ovaries through the transvaginal ultrasound and I've read that it can be more difficult to see cysts through the transabdominal ultrasound.

Appreciate your thoughts.
