Unable to retrieve password

Hi Kat this is a strange one. My dH has wiped all my passwords off our computer. I cannot retrieve my password via you as I have found that my email has changed from a .com to a .co.uk.
Is there any hope for getting my old account back.
This is a different account I've set up to contact you.
