Is there anyone else that can't take bcp's, that knows of another way to keep your periods regular??? I am having very bad migraine headaches on the pill. Yet if i dont take something my periods are months with bleeding, or no bleeding for months. Anyone with any advice or info please post or email me.

I don't know the answers, but you might want to change the name of your thread...its not as graphic as you think and might be keeping people away.

When we were ttc our son i took vitex and saw palmette (herbal meds). This sorted out my cycles and we were lucky enought to get pg. My periods were the same as yours, either way to heavy and long, or none for the biggest part of a year. Let me know if you want more info and i'll let you know. Good Luck.
