Unlimited rep

I had "bought" the ability to give unlimited rep before, now I don't seem to have it. Does the new system allow it? If so, how can I get it?

PS - Since your pm's are full, I tried to rep you about that "issue" that I'd spoken to you before- it's starting again - but I repped you too recently.

I think it's part of the gift package, and Kat said that is going to be installed later. I'm anxious to get back unlimited rep too
