Hi ladies! I hope you can help me with this.

I took Clomid 150mg to induce ovulation. I had 3 follies on my right and 2 on my left but the dominant follilce was on my right ovary. On day 15, I had an HCG shot and had IUI.

I was supposed to have my period Sept. 20th but the pregnancy test (urine) taken a day after my expected period came out negative.

I had an ultrasound and my doctor found a 40mm unruptured follicle (well, that's what she sad). She said that sometimes, follicles in PCO patients develop at their own pace so this 40 mm follicle is one of those. Anyway, she gave me another HCG shot to make it rupture or make it smaller (???) Can someone clear this for me?

Anyway, I haven't gotten my period yet. I was just wondering, if this follicle is the cause of me not having my period? should I wait another 2 weeks.

I'm really confused.

Someone enlighten me please..
