Wink unusual product that works

hey all my lovely cysters.. i havent been on here for a while, but i'd just thought i'd come and share my success with you all at helping to clear my pimples!!! not only that but it is suposed to help with blood pressure and high cholesorol too!!
and i hope it helps you to, its helped alot of people i hear...

its apple cider vinegar, wierd i know but here is some info on it to read, then ill post what my technique is.. xx

Apple Cider Vinegar, that wonderful old-timers home remedy, cures more ailments than any other folk remedy -- we're convinced! From the extensive feedback we've received over the past 8 years, the reported cures from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar are numerous. They include cures for allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. One reader reported that a shot of ACV saved him from going to the emergency room for heart pain. Apple Cider Vinegar also breaks down fat and is widely used to lose weight. It has also been reported that a daily dose of apple cider vinegar in water has high blood pressure under control in two weeks!

Apple Cider Vinegar is also wonderful for pets, including dogs, cats, and horses. It helps them with arthritic conditions, controls fleas & barn flies, and gives a beautiful shine to their coats!

If you can get over the taste of apple cider vinegar, you will find it one of the most important natural remedies in healing the body. As a wonderful side effect of drinking apple cider vinegar every day, we've discovered that it brings a healthy, rosy glow to one's complexion! This is great news if you suffer from a pale countenance.

ok what i do is, each morning and night i get a shot of ACV (apple cider vinegar) and some water, shot half of shot, skull water and repeat till its gone, might want to have orange juice or something afterwards to get taste out of mouth ( it isnt the best) then each morning i get some ACV on a cotton pad, and wipe it along where i get pimples (may dry your skin out, i suggest diluting it with water 50/50 until you know your skins reaction to it) and again before i go to bed!

just to let you know if you research this, people do it in all different ways, but this way is my own way and its the way that has helped me!

takes about 3 weeks to see the real result apparently, i have been doing it for 1 week an 1 day and i am alerady seeing results!

take care and i haope this helps somone else!!!

hey mischin... you can get this from most supermarkets, but i really recomend a organic type of apple cider vinegar which is available in most health food shops! you can tell if its organic because its slightly cloudy, not sure why but its ment to be better for you
HTH!!!

You have to be really careful with the vinegar, it can destroy your teeth!

Interesting, I may try this. I know that we put it in the cat's water for her diabetes and it seems to help with that.

I was taking a tincture to up my milk supply when DD was first born. I couldn't handle the taste so I measured out a dosage and then figured out how many empty gelatin capsules I had to fill to get that amount of tincture. From then on I just filled the three caps and swallowed. No icky taste

I recommend trying this to everyone else. You can get empty caps at Vitamin Shoppe or get large amounts for cheap on Ebay. I'm going to pick up some ACV (amusingly we just ran out when I made a mexican dish) and see how it works in the caps if anyone wants to wait for me to do so.

I love the taste of ACV in water! I drink it straight with no sweetening, but then I've always loved sour things. 2 TBSP in about 8 0z. of warm water. It really helps my digestion.
