 Update on Me
HI all,
I'm just so excited that I felt I needed to share LOL. I just went and saw my gynecologist for the first time in a year last week. Last year I went to him with bad PCOS and endometriosis, he told me to lose at least 10% of my body weight. I thought, great another doctor telling me to lose weight.
Well, he was right. I lost 30 pounds, and not only did I get back those lost periods, but a ton more energy and my PCOS symptoms are going away! My period is on time every month, and I'm even getting the symptoms like breast soreness and early cramps.
I'm exercising and watching my sugar intake to lose the weight. My gyn was so happy with me! He told me he doesn't want to put me on Metformin because my periods are on time!
