Jeez. After days of muddling through wondering what in the heck half of the shorthand meant, I stumble upon this sticky while looking for something else entirely.
Yay!
And here I had surmised that AF referred to a visit from "A Friend" (wink wink, nudge nudge). Aunt Flo is much hipper.
