Oh thank goodness. I have been wondering what so many of the abbreviations mean. I would have never thought of Aunt Flo...although I have heard the term. Really...this helps so much when you are new to all of this. Thanks!

I am not quite a newbie, but never figured out what KUP stands for.. I believe its "keep us .. (something)" when someone wants to continue to get updates, but whats that P stand for???
