It could be the size of the pic or the number of items in your signature. Copy your signature to a Word file, save it, delete it from your signature here, and put just the photo in. If it works, add back in other things one at a time.
Ok so I removed my sig or hit the option to not show sig in post and it still failed, I have uploaded pics the same size before and it worked, so I'm not sure whats going on.
