Default Upped my dosage and now no AF again

Okay girls, I need your help. I've been on met, religiously this time, for about four months. About a month ago I upped my dosage to 2000 as per doc's instructions. Ever since I started the met four months ago I've been getting AF about every 30 days or so. Well, this month has been a little different. First of all, I suspected I was pregnant because my bbs feel heavy and I have been very emotional and exhausted, not in that order. About 4 days ago, I had blood-tinged CM on my tissue and I thought that I would get AF that day or the next. Well, I was wrong so I couldn't hold back and I poas. BFN!! Right after I took the test (maybe half hour later), I went to the bathroon and I was spotting so I though, "here we go." Well, that was two days ago and I have no sign of AF. I'm still exhausted and my bbs sometimes feel a little heavy but not always. Has someone ever increased their dosage and not had AF after that? Please help me and keep me company through this.

Sounds like AF is rearing her head, but she's not ready to make a full appearance in all her glory.

Can I ask what your diet and exercise situation is? My periods were really waxcky, even on my full dose, until i got that straightened out. The diet and consistant exercise were the biggest factors in getting everything staright and even then, it took some time to get there. I'd give it another week or so since it looks like Af is threatening and then see what your Dr says.

Hope you get it all straightened out.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I've been doing well with the diet and exercise. I've lost approximately 20 lbs. since I started, although I still have another 50 to go. I was getting AF every 30 to 31 days since I started on Met but this month has been different. The only change I've made was upping the dosage to 2000 mg finally. It had taken me awhile because of the SE. Anyway, still no AF and I'm just going to give it a few days before I POAS again and then I'll check with my doctor.

Again, thanks for your reply.

Cool

Since i started taking met i have had longer cycles and i thought i was preg last month as i had spotting on day 19 and 20 and af was very late i think 38 days that is very late for me....
Maybe it takes a while for the met to sort it self out im not to sure buyt if your worried speak to your doc.

May i ask what diet you are following and what exercise are you doing? It sounds as though you are doing very well!!!!

GOOD LUCK

All the best
Kristie

Natherat-If it isnt AF, I hear that implantation can cause some spotting. Could it be that?

God hear you. I hope it's implantation spotting. Wouldn't that be crazy. I've only been waiting for a BFP for ten years. Anyway, as far as my diet, I'm not following any in particular just trying to limit my carbs. I haven't totally eliminated them, but if I do have them I limit the quantity and basically I just have them in the morning for breakfast and sometimes if I have an early lunch. Dinner is strictly any type of meat and salad or vegetables. I am walking every day too. My mom is the one who motivates me because I would be sitting on the couch if it weren't for her. Thank you all for your input and I will surely keep you all updated as to what happens with AF or BF? Baby dust to all.
