Ever since I started menstruating, I've always has this weird pain in the upper to mid-thigh (front part) a couple of days before getting the AF. None of my girlfriends ever knew what I was talking about. Does anyone else get this? It's not really bad pain or hard to bear, it's more like an ache that comes and goes.

I think I get something like that sometimes when my AF cramps are bad. I mentioned it to my doc once and she said it was the muscles cramping and to put the heating pad wherever it hurt.
