i was diagnosed pcos 10 months ago. i was on yasmin for 8 months. last week i visited a new Gynecologist who told me that there is no sence for me using bcp anymore and he sad to me that i should finish my last dose and quit taking it. i must go to see that doctor again for 2 weeks. now i'm afraid that my hormones will go wild once againg and that i will have to start all over. i really don't know what to do, to listen my old doctor who sad that i must take bcp until i decide to get pregnant or this new doctor. what do u think?

If I were you hon, I would seek the opnion of another dr. This doesn't sound quite right.

Have you been on any other meds?

i haven't been on any other med. the problem is that there is no good doc here where i live... this 2 doc were the "best" options so i don't know what to do.

i'm very thankful i found u! i live in bosnia and herzegovina (europe) and i must say that there isn't any group like this one. and i certainly must find another doc who will listen to me and give me some good advices. i'm getting tired of it ....
