URGENT prayers needed! SIL family in need of prayers!
Yesterday evening my SIL (brother wife) brother was in a car accident with his wife and his child and two step children. The six year old (youngest) is on life support and completely brain dead, the other child is in very bad shape with something like 200 stitches on his face, and luckily the little girl is alright. My SIL brother (their father) has a broken back and the wife has a broken pelvis and some internal injuries I believe.
They had to be cut out of the car because they were trapped.
PLEASE PRAY for them! The parents have not even been told yet that the little boy is brain dead and that the doctors have said there is no hope. I pray that they have the strength to get through this...and I pray that they recover.
When things like this happen...I really do not know what to think. I know that God has a plan...I just wish I knew what it was in these cases. I know that the boy will be with Lord and that all will be well, but it is such a tragic story.
Evidently someone was crossing the lane of traffic and he swerved and ended up skidding into traffic. The police have said it is his fault and are already talking of charges against him for his step son dying. The other people in the other car are in the hospital, but evidently were up and walking immediately after the accdient THANK GOD!
Please please please pray for them!

I was in a wreck on feb. 2nd and just trying to recover from that for now.

I am so sorry. My heart breaks for those parents and siblings. I pray they heal, and that they feel the Lord's arms around them as they deal with this terrible ordeal.
I want to give everyone an update on this situation. The father had surgery and was in traction, but has been released and is slowly recovering. THere may be some permanent damage, but so far so good.
The mother was released with broken bones and is doing okay.
The little boy whose face was cut up has had his stitches removed and is healing well.
The other little boy (who was on life support) is in a coma BUT was taken off of life support and is breathing 100% on his own! They were told he was brain dead the first night and that he would not make it, and now they are saying that they are not sure what will happen but he has shown VAST improvement! THANK YOU LORD! He is moving his fingers and stuff, which may just be nerves, but they say it is a promising sign. They are going to be draining some blood off of his brain and hope that it will make a difference. As of now, they have no idea what to expect. They still don't know if he will make it, but it looks so much more promising than it did!! RIght now things are in limbo. He has not "woke up", but is showing more and more signs of life.
I just want to thank all of you for keeping them in your prayers, and I want to ask that you continue to pray for them. I am sure this is the hardest time of their lives and I cannot imagine their pain. The father said he doesn't care what shape the boy is in, as long as he can wake up and go home away from the hospital. It really breaks my heart to see this happen to children.
PLEASE continue to pray. I think God has already showed his power, and with continued prayer more good can come!

We will keep your whole family in our prayers. What a miracle that the little boy is now breathing on his own! The power of prayer is a miraculous thing!!!!!!!!!
