Just wanted to add some input on NPC. My cycles were running anywhere from 62 to 80+ days and I wanted to regulate them. I'm not trying to conceive currently.
I used NPC, 1/4 tsp 2x/day, from day 13 on and actually got AF on day 25! Not sure if I O'd but I'm going to use OPK this month to see if I am. Side effects from NPC were tingly nipples and strong sense of smell and I was more enegetic in the afternoon when I usually go into my "slump". Best wishes to everyone!
