Default useful thyroid sites

How was it determined that you have hyperthyroidism? What were your labs? I remember having those exact same symptoms and it turned out in the end that i had Hashimoto's (Hypothyroidism) Disease.

Just like not everyone runs 98.6, not everyone feels right at the "normal" levels given for testing. Which was food for thought, I figured as soon as we have insurance again, I'll see a specialist.

I'd give you Karma for the replies but I'm all out already
I can testify to that. My initial TSH was .74, WELL within "normal" range, yet I am hypothyroid. Incidentally, TSH is not measuring your thyroid output. The actual Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, is your pituitary gland. Since I have pituitary damage, my thyroid never received the "signal" to produce from the pituitary which controls it. Thus I have hypothyroid yet a low normal TSH.
