Hi, I hope someone can help me. My original username name is luvbug00. Under this name I can not access anything on the board. I can not chat, post reply, access the member list or post a thread. The message I receive is that I am banned from chat and do not have privileges to do anything else.

I re-registered today under ashleysmom00 not to be tricky, but did't know what else to do. I would love to use my old user name. I don't know what happened.

I access the boards by using internet explorer. Please help!
