I really want to change my user name with out changing my email. My user name annoys me now because it reminds me of a dark time in my life. I want to change it to the same thing as my email address, How can I do this?

I'd also like to remove my last name from my username as it makes me uncomfortable...well it's not my last name anymore anyway, but still

any suggestions would be great!
