This question has probably been posted before but cannot find it, please help. I have been using NPC for 12 days and got AF 2 days ago (CD2 now). I haven't had AF in about 3 months. Once my cycle started should I discontinue using NPC or continue using it for the 21 days as suggested on box? I'm so confused This is my first time using the cream.
If you are only using it to help regulate your cycles, the you would take it for 21 days and stop - hopefully to have your period. You would wait until your period is over, and then start taking the NPC for another 21 days.
When you are using NPC in conjunction with TTC you would do things differently.

Everything I have read indicates that you should discontinue the NPC once AF starts, no matter what.
