I'm using ProgestaCare (one brand OK'd by Dr. Lee) 1 pump daily on cd 5-23 (this cycle I stopped early) and I'm currently on cd 27. AF is nowhere to be seen and I haven't even begun to cramp or anything. Generally he says to take 5 days off and you should have your period but mine is missing...?

Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?
Should I just wait until I get AF or go ahead and start the PC again and hope that eventually my body will realize it has to menstruate in that window of time I'm not using it?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Dx with Non-IR PCOS July 2002

** Treatments **
4/00: DH & I had been ttc since 12/99 & I knew from charting I wasn't o'ing. I went to Dr to check on that & routine exam. Dx w/ lg LT ovarian cyst further U/S showed possible malignancy.
5/00: Laparoscopy to remove lg cyst on LT ovary & small on RT ovary. Tube left intact. Cyst turnout out to be Hemmorhagic & benign.
6/00 - 7/00: Clomid 50mg
8/00 - 10/00: Clomid 100mg; Profasi after mid-cycle U/S; Baby Aspirin 81mg.
11/00: DC'd meds. 1st successful PG - Baby Aspirin ONLY! (Born 8/01)
7/02: Went to Dr for TX of another cyst. Labs were done & DX of PCOS confirmed. U/S didn't reveal multi-cysts just one lg & following month opposite ovary created another smaller one. BCP taken 1 month to decrease cysts.
8/02: BCP dc'd. Started ProgestaCare (per Dr. Lee's 'What Your Dr May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause' info) to shrink cysts. Glucophage 500mg/3 x's a day.
9/02: DC'd Glucophage due to research I read that concerned me since I wasn't IR.
10/02: U/S revealed beautiful ovaries! We could TTC!!!
11/02: Started ttc. Baby Aspirin 81mg/daily. 2nd successful PG after dx but miscarried days after getting a + hpt.
1/03: Tried ttc again. Baby Aspirin 81mg/daily. 3rd successful PG after dx. (Born 9/03)
1/05: ProgestaCare cd 5-25 to prevent ovulation to keep cysts in check & hopefully prevent pg at this time. Focusing on weight loss before next pg.
