I live in utah and the only dr's that I have been able to find is the Utah Center for Reproductive health in sandy or the U of U Reproductive Health Center in SLC. I am currently going to the UofU, have done 1 cycle there with clomid/IUI--it didn't work. I can't say that I was terribly impressed with them, i sort of felt like a number--there were lots and lots of women there, and i felt like they were just going through the motions with getting me in and getting me out. Dh and I haven't decided where we are moving at this point, i most likely will go back though. Good Luck with your search, let me know if you find somewhere else in utah that is good.
