Default uterine cramps/contractions in 2ww

I am just finishing my 5th unsuccessful medicated cycle. O'd on all (clomid for 3, femara for 2). HSG was all clear and SA was great. My last 2 cycles I had 2 and 3 mature follies respectively. I have a 20 month old son concieved naturally (no meds) quite quickly, so I know it is (or was) possible for my body to conceive and carry.

I have noticed for most of these medicated cycles that I've had one session of significant uterine cramping around 10-13 dpo that lasted ~30 min and resulted in significant diarrhea (sorry for TMI) but then completely passed within ~60 min. The first couple of times this happened I thought for sure it was implantation cramping. Now with so many unsuccessful cycles, I'm wondering if it is my uterus rejecting the fertilized egg.

I am seeing an RE, but live in japan and don't speak japanese so our communication is limited. I will try to bring this up with them this week, but does anyone have any advice/experience with this (the more I know the better the communication)? If this is a solvable problem, I would love to address it!

i definately have gotten the uterin cramping and pain (like a shooting pain that starts at the cervix and moves up). but not associated with going to the bathroom. I hope you feel better. I don't really know what my pain was from, i still haven't had a successful IUI so maybe it's part of it.. good luck. Aside from the language barrier how is life in japan. I am in love withthier culture (i know random side note sorry!) all the best and baby dust!
