 Uzbekistan Adoption
My soon-to-be fiance and I have discussed children. His culture frowns on adoption, in general, but because he is not first-born, we think we can help his family accept the idea of a child (or children) from his home country.
Of course, this is probably two or three years away, but we were looking online and all adoptions from Uzbekistan to America are on hold.
Can anyone tell me why? Or direct me to some site that may help? Thanks!
