Default Vaginal odor

I am pretty sure this is not PCOS related but anyway I have an amonia type smell that will not go away. It has been a little over a week and I have tried changing soap, douching, cleaning with baby wipes after everytime after I urinate but nothing seems to help. It is not a super strong odor but it is noticable to myself and my husband. I have no discharge or itching or any other symptoms that would make me think infection and my only sexual partner has been my husband for 11 years so no STDs. I wear cotton underwear so there is "breathing". I am a little confused by this and hope someone else knows what this is or what could be causing it. Thanks.

Beth

I found that both coffee and excess sugar (breads, pastas, sugary treats) caused this problem for me. Once I phased those two things out, the problem went away. It comes back instantly with coffee (not sure if it is caused by caffeine or something else in the coffee).

I would say... Go see your doctor. You might have a bacterial infection even though there's no discharge.

Have you thought about using Chlorophyll extract daily? It has great health benefits and can help things smell better.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a UTI.
