Talking Vanilla Coke is here!

Hi all!

Just thought I'd mention that I finally bought some Vanilla Coke the other day in Safeway! Finally!

Enjoy!

I know, I was so happy this morning when I went into safeway & they had some on the shelf. I've been wanting to try it for a while. Asda start selling it on Thursday, as I asked while I was in there today.

Oh, holy cow, that stuff is the closest to doing drugs as I get. I do a little happy dance when I see the billboards, or when I get a little bit of it. I can't wait to see it in fountains...I just wish they would make a caffeine free version!!!

Oh, yeah, it is good. However, my experience has been that you either love it or hate it. I don't know anyone who hates it, mainly cos I quit talking to them after that. I think it's something in the syrup

fiona they do sell it in diet form.

Alison, in all the supermarkets I've seen it for sale in it's been about 70p. Asda sells there own version of vanilla coke in 2 litre bottles, don't know how much it is but it's bound to be cheaper than coca-cola

My husband works for Coca Cola and they have just started distributing Diet Cherry Coke in February. Vanilla Coke does have a diet alternative which I find tastes more "vanilly". Here in the very near future they are also coming out with a different kind of sprite. I don't remember the name of it but I believe it has more of a tropical flavor. My husband brought home a sample a few weeks back and it tasted pretty good, although in my opinion was a little sweet. They do not have plans for a diet version of that.

The tropical drink is probably lilt, which I don't think you get the US. When I was in Vegas, & went to the world of coca-cola it had Uk by it. I loved Mr. Pibb but they don't sell that here.

The diet cherry coke will probably take ages to get here.

The tropical drink is not a lite drink, it is just like a regular sprite.
It is called Sprite Remix
