Default vaniqa has been a god sent for me!!!

After begging for a year and a half finally I got my endo to prescribe me vaniqa! I am so happy it is working so well! I use to have to shave my face every day....sometimes twice and have been since high school! I can know go everyother day and feel comfortable going out with out shaving! I can't wait till my DH gets back and he won't have to feel stubble on my face at the end of the day. I stared to see results in about 2 weeks. I would suggest talking to your doctor to see if it is right for you! Did that sound too much like a commercial?

I am happy it is working so well for you! I tried it for 6 months and it did slow the growth down but didn't stop it. I was able to cut about 10 minutes a day off my plucking time. It was costing me $25.00 a month for a tube so I decided to take that $ and apply it toward laser.

Toria - It is a topical cream that is applied to the skin that slows hair growth in some people. It is Rx only.

Jillybug, thanks for the info....

I WANT SOME.......

I, thankfully, don't have a big problem with facial hair(oh i have some but i am blond so the hairs are very light in color, however they are wirey!) My "hair in the wrong places" that bothers me the most is the hair on my brest and stomach. Now that is where i would love for the hair to now grow in so fast.

Smile vaniqa

Cannot get prescribed Vaniqa in the UK. Have been reading about it on the net. Can it be used on body hair also? If not does anyone know of a similar product that can be used for both the face and body? Thanks!
