Red face varicose veins?

hey girls I have a question, I am starting to get varicose viens and I am only 23! I thought that only happens to pregnant women and old people? I am abit chunky and I know that doesn't help but i am getting them on my calf and then on my thigh on the same leg. I am already self conscience about my legs now I will never be able to wear short again! Is there anything I can do about them?

YES!!! My family has problems with vericose veins (I mean it runs in the family). My grandfather discovered a product called White Oak Bark about 25 years ago, and it is wonderful. It worked so well, that he started telling everyone about it, and it eventually became his business. Here's a link where you could buy it to try:

This is a combination you could try that has other herbs that are also good for vericose veins (specially formulated for them). Also, a cream you can put on them:

Remember, vericose veins are a symptom of a bigger problem - circulation. If you don't work on this, it will only get worse, and could eventually lead to heart disease. You are very young, and that is good and bad. Good because you are more resiliant, but bad because, like you said, it is very young to have this problem. Take care!

It all comes down to poor circulation. My mom started treatment for her varicose veins when she was around 30, but she probably had them quite a while before that.

I know she had some injections into the worst vein to kill it off, and she uses compression stockings when she isn't wearing shorts and skirts.
