I am thinking about becoming a vegetarian now..
I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations on sites or books with recipesSo far I have 5 books and tried many recipes but there one serving suggestion doesn't fill me up, and so far they just look like veggie or fruit salads.
Also, if I cut out the meat, will that effect anything? Like my periods?(have not had one in 8 months) or anything to do with PCOS?
