Default very low tsh.....with hypo symptoms?

Endo told me I had Hashis over a year ago but no meds, my TSH was <.03, but all symptoms are Hypo and family history is all hypo, parents, sisters, aunts, uncles, etc

Anybody out there have any similiar experience and advice? I will be seeing a new Endo as soon as my PCP's office calls back with a referral ( old one doesn't take my insurance anymore) and I am trying to gather info so I can go in "fully armed"!!

thanks in advance!
