Unhappy Very sore skin

Hi every one
i have been plucking the hair for my chin for years , last few months my skin on my chin has been very sore and bumpy and i got lots of ingrowing hairs
what can i do to help my skin

I know what you mean... Have you tried to not pluck as often... Like Pluck once a week and shave the rest? I was on a makeup board (for artists) And I was reading that using Desitin is good for pimples.. I believe it might help for the ingrown hairs as well... Also Facial scrub like St. Ives.. and moisterizing the face is good too. Also if you have scaring Walmart and target Sell Acne free which is the generic Proactive.. they sell a scar scream which actually has 2% Hydroquinone' If you have any pigment problems like I do.

Those are the best things I can offer.. Some things work and some don't.. depends on your skin and how bad you have the hair.

Plucking is very destructive of the skin and as the years go by the hair ususally gets coarser and more difficult to remove so more force is needed.

Best answer is to start shaving instead. I find that the gentlest way is using a Norelco men's-type electric razor.

I find that Tend Skin really helps with ingrowns, razor burn, all that fun stuff. It's expensive but one bottle lasts ages.
