What do I do now!! Can I help it thicken up? CD13 sonohystogram and u/s showed lining to be 3.6mm. Ive been told 8-10 is best and thing below 6 or more than 15 is a problem. My doc is out of town til Monday and I think I Od last night. I dont know what to do! Please cysters help... any advise? Or maybe knock some common sense into me please! Im going to be freaking out the next 2 ww and especially the next few days! I dont want to m/c again!! All the RPL testing was normal... so what if it was my lining that was too thin for implantation thus my two m/cs!!!

I use to take a drug called Proganova that thickened my lining for IVF not sure whether it would be of help also progesterone helps aswell. Most times when your doc is away there is someone covering patients in emergency, maybe give the clinic a call and see what can be done.

There are things you can take for a thin lining, unfortunately, after you ovulate it is too late. Whenever I am doing an IVF cycle, I take Cialis orally every day starting on day 6 of my cycle. This last IVF cycle, I also took estrace 2 times per day vaginally. As soon as my follicles got mature, I gave myself a shot of Ovidrel and stopped taking the cialis and estrace. My lining never used to get above a 7, but this last cycle, it got 8.5. Good luck!
I don't have experience with lining problems, and I hope that at some point this problem can be solved for you! I've heard clomid can do this for some cysters. Good luck!

Misty, I have nothing to really contribute - but I hope that the solutions that other cysters used works for you!
I've heard Clomid can thin the lining too, but Femara works in a similar manner and does NOT thin the lining. Maybe you could try the Femara in a future cycle too.
