I am looking for someone who will help me with desinging a low glycemic meal plan. I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS as well as insulin resistance. Is there anyone in Victoria, BC who has seen a dietician who understands PCOS?

You might want to check out the free service offered by Dial-A-Dietitian.
It is a service offered to people residing in British Columbia, you can read more about their services on their website if you are interested.

They have a number of different programs available with a translation service that can accomodate 130 different languages. The best thing about it is that it is completely free so you can try and see if it's right for you without spending any $$$. Good Luck!

I tried the dial-a-dietician and was super unimpressed. The lady I spoke with knew little about PCOS and even less about nutritional requirements. The is one experience and I am guessing they have a few people who answer the phone. It is pretty cool our province offers this though.
