Default Victorian Epicure

Hey there everyone! I was looking for some information on "Victorian Epicure", a company based in British Columbia. Its kinda like all those other home based businesses out there but I fell in love with the product. Anyway, I am considering starting my own consultant job with this company and was looking for people's opinions of it and if anyone on here was selling it what they thought of it and how well they were doing at it. (i.e. money, time etc.) Any and all opinions and replies are appreciated! Thanks!

Hey Pippa
I've heard good things about epicure. And I like what I've tried (mmm chai tea). A friend of mine sells it and is pretty happy with the company. They really stand by their product taking back anything that doesn't taste or smell right. I don't know how well she is doing with it and I don't remember the start up cost but if you like I can find out for you.
Good luck with it, sounds good to me.

Default Yes Please...

It would be helpful if I could find out some information about it. I am still waiting to find out if I'm going to be accepted to school in the fall, but if I'm not, I am considering working. I can't just work at anything since daycare is an issue for me. I have a single friend who seemed to get the attitude that I just didn't want to work, but she doesn't understand how much daycare costs. Anyway, thats a topic for another day. Essentially, I'd like to find out more about Victorian Epicure before I contact the company. I don't want constant solicitations from them if I am not interested after reading more about their business. Some businesses can be that way. Anyway, if you could find out more for me it would be very helpful...thanks

Ok Pippa, here's the scoop.
Start up is about $260 for the kit. If you sell approx $2000 (and do enough presentations) in the first 45 days you will be reimbursed for it.
My friend is only consulting because she loves the product. She has a full time job and basically stays afloat through repeat business. She also said that the support from the company isn't that great. Make sure you choose a good support person as your one up. I guess that's the person who gets you started.
Ordering the product can now be done online so it's much easier and faster.
That's all I've got for you. I don't know where you live but my contact (in Calgary) said she doesn't mind if you call her with questions. She's not pushy at all.
I really hope this helps you. Let me know if you want any other info.
