Hi...hope you don't mind me popping in here. I was reading about the Vitaline PCOS diet today and was wondering if anyone was on it and if so how it is working? I know that it is run by a UK company so I figured this was the best place to ask!
Thank you.

I am not on the diet but have received the information for it. It does cost quite a bit and i'm not too convinced with it to be fair. I have had a look at the guidelines and it basically rules out most foods i eat.
I would also love to know if anyone is following it and how they manage, and what they eat!

I joined vitaline earlier this year. The payment is a one off so it wasn't that bad really. The first week I lost 9 pounds. After that I lost a total of a stone in a month, but I lost my motivation when I stopped losing. When you join you are allocated a personal instructor so that you deal with the same person every time you make contact. They give you four diets to do and you move onto the next one everytime you lose 3 pounds. The diets are ok, but there is not much difference between them. Their stay at home course is good if you don't live near their clinics. But for me I find it too hard to stick a diet. I'm now trying healthy eating and I have joined a gym. The diet itself is good, and it recognises pcos. The support is unlimited from the start (although I only contacted them once a week on weigh in day). The choice is yours. Its not a bad diet, and I didn't feel too hungry in the beginning. At about 10-14 days the amount of food that I ate had been reduced and I felt that I no longer needed to eat as much. But I'm crap at diets so I'm not following it anymore.
