hey ladies, well i had this chick come up to me at work the other day, she is on another shift and she heard fromanother girl that i had pcos, she has also got a very mild case (mine is extreamly bad case) and she new i hated my spots more than anything! and she used to as well, untill her doctor put her on a "controlled vitamin A" programme, and she said they cleared up fast and went away, she was only on it for a few months and they have never came back! WARNING but please, make sure you and your doctor sort it out as too much vitamin A will cause damage to your liver!!!
anyone else ever heard of this??? sounds good to me! she said she had tried everything, and im almost up to that stage too! XoXo

it depends on how much your doc thinks you should take... im not going to use it, as you shouldnt use it if u are, or thinking of becoming pregnant...and im ttc, so dont want to risk it... but i've heard great things about vit A.... also i've been using nutregena cleansing rapid clear cotton pads, they r amazing an seem to be working extreamly well for me! good luck

I believe you are talking about accutane, correct? Accutane is pretty much an overdose of vitamin A and the course generally lasts for 6 months all together. I'm on accutane right now and it has done wonders for my skin so far It's a pain to have to get bloodwork done every month but its totally worth it!
