Question vitamin b complex

hi everyone, i just started taking a vitamin b complex 100mg. i was curious how many have had success on this when controlling symptoms. about how long does it take until you see a difference in the symptoms. with it, i am also taking 5000 mcg of biotin and have seen such a huge difference in my skin as well as nail growth (can't really tell if my hair is getting longer yet) and i've only been taking that for about 2 weeks. i was just curious of others experience with vitamin b complex, thanks

I noticed a difference in a few weeks. It's helped a lot in the energy area, I don't know if it's supposed to help with anything else, so I really don't know what else to say. It just makes me feel better I suppose.

It helped with my energy as well in a matter of a couple of days. Didn't help anything else really.

my energy level increased as well. i've read online that vitamin b complex helps with pcos symptoms. i'll have to find it again. it was the whole reason i started taking it. i heard it was great for women with pcos. i was just curious if any women have actually seen a difference with symptoms.

Hi, I'm taking a mix of B vitamins plus some other stuff for my hair, skin and nails. I bought it primarily to help with the hair on my head (for it to grow)... so far no real luck after 2 months using it. However, I can see that my nails grow like crazy!!

Hopefully I can lower testosterone enough so that these vitamins can work on hair too!

I know my dh takes it to help with energy levels (but don't take it afternoon into evening or else you will have problems getting and staying asleep) but I have not tried it but now am inclined to do so...

OMG! this totally explains the crazy amount of energy I have at night. I just can't sleep till wee hours of the night. Now I know to take my vitamins earlier in the day!!

I take Vit. B Complex. If I miss a few doses, my neck muscles ache terribly. Also, because of the pcos..I can be very moody. The Vit. B Complex helps to keep my moods fairly level with the exception of pms.

And like the others have said, my energy level has improved.

I've also noticed it helped with my energy. As for helping PCOS symptoms, I haven't noticed anything, but then again, I wasn't looking for it.

I got weekly B-12 injections for a while and in addition to the added energy I started losing weight. I stopped because it was just too expensive.
