Hi Soya, I don't take b vitamens daily, however, I do drink red bull daily (somewhere on here there is a post about the benefits of taurine and the b vitamens). It has many b vitamens in it and you can get it in sugar free which is what I drink.

I began taking 50mg of a B-complex vitamin early this year, and it made a huge difference. The facial hair growth slowed by half. I now take 75mg a day, and the hair growth, while still there, is not like it was. A year ago this October we went on vacation with the inlaws. I had to shave twice a day. This year, I won't have to. Woohoo!

Make sure that you get a B-complex, since just taking one of the B vitamins can deplete your levels of others.
