 Vitamin E and PCOS
Hi! Does anyone know whether Vitamin E is good for PCOS symptoms? Thanks!

Single, no children
No dx: all hormone levels "within normal limits"
Testosterone level: 44, but still have "hair problems"
Meds: None
Exercise: walk 30 min. a day
Major symptoms: missed/absent AF, excessive facial/body hair, apple shape
