Default Vitamins for clear skin.

What do you guys take for clear skin?

I take a multi vitamin
zinc
Alpha Lipoic Acid (the best one i think, they use this in skin creams)
vitamin C(4,000-5,000 a day)
flaxseed/omega 3

am i missing something?

I've heard vitamin D and vitamin A are very important for a clear complexion. I take cod liver oil because it has lots of both.

I also don't use conventional soaps or blemish creams to clear my skin. I wash with a tea tree oil bar soap and apply pure tea tree oil to my problem areas afterwards. Both can be purchased in a health food store. I also moisturize with a vitamin E moisturizer (I think it's Jamieson).

Yes those are good but i think those can be dangerous too if you take too much, cod liver oil is good, just make sure youre not overdosing on vitamins. I was taking too much at one point(vit d and a), and had a bad reaction.
