That's in interesting article, and it's definately a good idea to have a full dose of Vit.C and Vit.E -- there are some serious health benefits. Be careful not to OD on vit.E, though, there are some really nasty side effects.

Everyone responds differently to things, I've taken those vitamins before and not had even the slightest impact on my blood glucose numbers.

It might be more effective for pre-diabetics to help prevent full onset of diabetes.
