I read in a womens magazine at my gyn's office that taking prenatal vitamins can be beneficial for overall hair and skin health. I figured it can't hurt to try, so I went and picked up some prenatal vitamins!

Sorry - but if you compare the vitamins and quantities of prenatal vs regular multi - they are almost exactly the same but doubled. You could take two regular and this is a myth anyway - but vitamins can help make you healthier !

I've been on a prenatal for over a year and that sure hasn't helped my thin top-scalp one bit But I'm definitely going to check out that website.
