 vitex
I have a question.... I took two Vitex (1 each morning) and then forgot
the next couple of days...but then I had my cycle, I couldn't believe it.
I have one only every 90 days and this time it was 43 days. I heard never
take Vitex during your cycle, but how soon after can I start again?? This
herb is amazing, has anyone else had the same results after a couple doses? |
