Hello all,

I am new to the website and would like to find any information you may have about vitex. I have read many stories on here and done much research to find myself still wondering if this is really going to be the answer. AF is pretty much absent in my life after coming off bcp. I have been TTC for about 3-4 years now. Have tried the clomid and injections and was not happy with results. Metformin did not work well with me and was unable to adapt so my next option was to see if I could find another alternative. Does vitex really help you with PCOS and become pregnant??????????

I started taking vitex about 3 months ago. I added dong quai to it about two weeks ago and AF finally showed on Friday! It takes a while for the vitex to work in your system, it finally worked for me. I was becoming skeptical.

first off i have only taken vitex for a week now. i know it can take 3-6 months to start working so don't give up on it.

you can use natrual progesterone cream to induce af if you choose,<- that doesn't look right, to. i have done this twice and af arrived today. all you do is use it twice a day. one pump in the morning and one at night for 5-9 days. the first time i used it for 9 days stopped and got af two days later. this time i used it for 5 days and the last two days i just used it once a day and stopped stopped it yesterday and got af today.
