I am just wondering if any of you ladies have had success with vitex?
can you take vitex just on it's own or do you have to take it with other herbs too.
I have tried everything and it has failed i am desperate for a baby and vitex sounds quite helpful.
I was told by my OB that the only way I could get pregnant was with the help of fertiiliy drugs. Not wanting to try that route, DH and I decided to try the herbs.
I started taking vitex (2 tablets per day except during AF) February 14/02, from that point on AF became regular at 31 days.
I'm due with out first child February 15/03. Prior to vitex AF was every couple of months.

I took Vitex along with Dong Quai! My first round of it I O'd on my own (For the first time) and I am now 5 weeks pregnant!! I also has an HSG in September so I'm sure that had a little to do with it. Everyone always says you get pregnant the cycle after HSG, well this is the first cycle I O'd after an HSG.
Have you had one yet? If not GET ONE! Then take Vitex and Dong Quai. I was also on 1500mg of Met!
